Mission

 

The mission of the SHIFT Foundation is to cultivate a new cadre of inspired, committed and integrally-trained leaders with the capacities to significantly impact some of the planet's most critical global challenges.

 

The Foundation achieves its mission by:

 

- Providing the essential space, education, training, funding, resources and opportunities for emerging leaders to work on critical global challenges

 

- Catalysing, incubating and facilitating engagement in innovative and constructive global projects that impact all levels of human experience – self, behaviours, cultures and systems

 

- Building a global network of emerging and existing leaders, provocative thinkers, pioneering practitioners, engaged philanthropists and leading institutions
